First, all international government should realize that the investing for the natural resource must be most important plan for saving the world rather than economic stimulations. Kiho, alternative energy is a good topic, but you are still having difficulty finding a stance. The sentence "all international government should realize that the investing for the natural resource must be most important plan for saving the world rather than economic stimulations" might be a good start to a thesis statement. But you cannot write an essay about this and about individuals finding ways to save energy. These ideas are still MUCH TOO BROAD. You need to narrow your focus to one aspect of alternative energy. Also, you don't say why you are interested in it.
