Topic:Does America need to cut down government spending to recover economic.
In my opinion,the answer is yes.As goverment spending is gigantic. Additionally,global financial crisis will creat more dollar in 2009. Last but not least,give the best value for the dollar will save a lot of money to recover economic.
I chose this topic as my major is business management which relates economic, and i have found many people around have financial problem.

You should change the wording - instead of saying it as a question: "Does America need to cut down government spending to recover economic?" you should state it as a statement: "America needs to cut down government spending to recovery economy." Also, you should use the noun economy instead of the adjective economic.
